OVERSEAS DELIVERY
We only currently accept online payment from cards issued by UK banks. Please contact us if you'd like to place an order but have a card issued by a non-UK bank.
Returns
For any UK Mainland customers who are not completely happy with their purchases for any reason may return their products within 28 days and request a full no-quibble refund. It's all part of the Sands and Fagans guarantee.
Upon receipt of the returned purchase(s), we will give you either a full refund of the amount paid for the product, or an exchange credit should that be required.
Any purchases that have been used, are not returned in their original packaging or cannot be re-sold will not be refunded.
The cost for returning unwanted purchases shall be at the customers expense.
If you do wish to return an item, could you please call one of our friendly Customer Services Advisors on 01768 865783 first, as there are occasions when it may not be necessary for you to be inconvenienced by sending a product back to us.
